We aim to dispatch your order within 24/48 business hours. 99% of the time orders are shipped immediately or the next working day.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ESCAPADE BAG?
- Spain: 2-4 business days from the date it was shipped.
- Europe: 5-7 business days from the date it was shipped.
- North America: 6-9 business days from date it was shipped.
- Rest of the Worl: 10-15 business days from date it was shipped.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
At The Escapade Bag, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. You may return your unused item within 30 days of the item's delivery date for an exchange or refund. The item must be in original, unused condition.
Our holiday return policy applies to all purchases made online from December 1st through December 25th. Items purchased during this timeframe will be eligible for a return or exchange through February 1st.
Sale items are not eligible for return.
Made to order items are not eligible for return.
Original shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement.
Any items purchased through a 3rd party site are not eligible for free returns and are subject to the return policy of that site.
If a customer sends back a non-returnable item, no credit will be issued for the return of the product. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges going back to the customer.
We are not able to accept returns on damaged merchandise that was not inspected by the customer at the time of original delivery and not reported or claimed within 48 hours of receipt. If a customer signs for a delivery and does not report any damage to the shipping company or to us then it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company to recoup any damages.
The customer will be responsible for shipping charges on returns, exchanges and replacements going back to us.
For all Returns and Exchanges please note the following guidelines:
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return product.
- The Escapade Bag is not responsible for any missing packages.
- When shipping your return, please ensure you use a trackable carrier & request an insurance policy equal to the value of your return.
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery on packages received without a Return Authorization.
- All return and exchange requests must be received within 30 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase may be required to validate a return or exchange.
- Refunds will only be applied to the original card used for purchase.
- All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn, and original condition.
